正脂丸是我科自行研制的调整血脂的纯中药制剂，本实验通过对高脂血症实验家兔的治疗观察，结果显示：正脂丸能显著降低其总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）的含量，改善致动脉硬化指数（ＴＣ／ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）的比值（Ｐ均＜０．０５）。
Zhengzhi Pills are pure Chinese medicine preparations that are self-developed by our department to regulate blood lipids. In this experiment, we observed the treatment of rabbits with hyperlipidemia. The results showed that: Zhengzhi Pills can significantly reduce total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipids. The content of protein cholesterol (LDL-C) improved the ratio of atherogenic index (TC/HDL-C) (P < 0.05).
