从中药秦艽中曾提炼出过一些生物碱,其中秦艽甲素及乙素已有报道。现将另一个生物碱,秦艽丙素的结构研究报道如下。秦艽丙素为淡黄色结晶,熔点208—210°,由元素分析推断其分子式应为C_(10)H_(11)O_3N。丙素有微弱的旋光活性,[α]_(593)～0°,[α]D～0.8°,[α]_(500)+10°(c,1.3,MeOH),紫外吸收λ_(max)~(MeOH)(log ε):234毫微米(4.21),296(4.32),402(3.95),于1 N NaOH中变为240(4.21),294(3.99),420(4.31)。红外光谱
A few alkaloids have been extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Gentiana macrophylla, of which Gentidium and B have been reported. The structure of another alkaloid, Gentili, is reported below. Pyrogallol is a pale yellow crystal, melting at 208-210 °. It is deduced from the elemental analysis that its molecular formula should be C_ (10) H_ (11) O_3N.
