通过采用地理信息系统原理、方法并利用SuperMap Object二次开发模块和SQL Server关系数据库设计思想与技术,开发了山东省海洋生态保护区地理信息系统。实现了对山东全省不同类别、不同级别的海洋生态保护区诸如:功能区划、环境监测、基础设施、人员要素按城市为基础的统一规划和其空间(矢量、栅格)数据、媒体数据,文本数据及其它结构化关系数据的集成管理。并提出了对此类保护区多源数据管理的意见及建议,为同类海洋生态保护区信息化建设与管理提供有力参考。
Through the use of geographic information system principles and methods and the use of SuperMap Object secondary development module and SQL Server relational database design ideas and technologies, Shandong Province Marine Ecological Protected Area geographic information system has been developed. Realization of a unified city-based planning and spatial data (vector, raster) data of functional classification, environmental monitoring, infrastructure, and personnel elements in different types and levels of Shandong province, media data, Integrated management of text data and other structured relational data. And put forward opinions and suggestions on the management of multi-source data in such protected areas, providing a powerful reference for the information-based construction and management of similar marine ecological protected areas.
