Our hospital from 2000 to March 2001 ~ 2001 in combination with topiramate monotherapy and treatment of children with epilepsy 21 cases are as follows. Subjects and methods First, the object Pediatric outpatient and hospitalized children with epilepsy 21 cases, age 2a 6 months to 14a (average 6 .8 ± 4.5a); duration of 1 to 48 months. Twelve patients (7.11%) had generalized tonic seizures; 3 patients (14.2%) had myoclonic seizures
