本文从提高超高分子量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)纤维与基体的粘接性入手 ,介绍了目前UHMWPE纤维复合材料常用的聚氨酯类、橡胶类、乙烯酯类树脂体系的特点和应用现状及前景。分析了UHMWPE纤维复合材料作为防弹材料、结构材料等的优点和目前所存在的问题 ,针对这些问题提出了解决的思路。
In this paper, the properties, application status and prospects of polyurethane, rubber and vinyl ester resin systems commonly used in UHMWPE fiber composites are introduced from the perspective of improving the adhesion of UHMWPE fiber and matrix. The advantages and existing problems of UHMWPE fiber composites as bullet-proof materials, structural materials and so on are analyzed. Aiming at these problems, solutions are put forward.
