设置生长调节剂Dicamba和2,4-D不同浓度混合液共6种处理,研究Dicamba和2,4-D对5个小麦基因型与玉米杂交得胚率的影响。结果表明,生长调节剂处理间、小麦基因型间以及二者之间互作均显著影响小麦与玉米杂交得胚率。单独使用100mg/L 2,4-D的得胚率最高(26.2%),极显著高于25mg/L 2,4-D+75mg/L Dicamba处理的得胚率(19.9%)和50mg/L 2,4-D+50mg/L Dicamba混合处理的得胚率(20.0%)。其余3种混合型生长调节剂处理间得胚率差异不显著。襄麦56平均得胚率最高,显著高于扬麦158、郑麦9023和组合C173,其次为襄麦25。同一小麦基因型不同生长调节剂处理的得胚率及同一生长调节剂处理不同小麦品种间得胚率均存在差异。
The effects of Dicamba and 2,4-D on the embryo rate of five wheat genotypes and the hybridization of corn were studied by setting up six different concentrations of growth regulator Dicamba and 2,4-D. The results showed that the interaction between growth regulators, wheat genotypes and their interaction significantly affected the embryo rate of crossbreeding of wheat and maize. The highest embryogenic rate (26.2%) was obtained when using 100 mg / L 2,4-D alone, which was significantly higher than that of 25 mg / L 2,4-D + 75 mg / L Dicamba 2,4-D + 50mg / L Dicamba mixed embryos rate (20.0%). There was no significant difference in embryo rate between the other three mixed growth regulators. The average embryo rate of Xiangmai 56 was the highest, significantly higher than that of Yangmai 158, Zhengmai 9023 and combination C173, followed by Xiangmai 25. The same embryo genotypes of different growth regulators treated embryo rate and the same growth regulator treatment of different wheat varieties embryo rates are different.
