本文论证了旋耕刀齿正切面安装角的确定原则。分析了安装角、隙角等设计参数同旋耕刀齿运动学参数及结构参数之间的定量关系。给出了旋耕刀正切面安装角及隙角等参数的解析表达式,这些表达式与前人的研究结果相比有了明显的改进。所编制的 RBDG 通用程序不仅能计算安装角、隙角、刀齿正切面与刀齿半径的夹角和其它一些重要参数,而且具有绘图功能(所绘的图可直观地表达出旋耕刀在不同工况下,其刀齿与余摆线轨迹的相对位置),这就为旋耕刀设计提供了有效的工具。
This article demonstrates the principle of determining the installation angle of the tangential face of the rotary cutter. The quantitative relationship between the design parameters such as the installation angle and the clearance angle and the kinematics parameters and structural parameters of the rotary cutter tooth was analyzed. The analytical expression of the parameters such as the mounting angle and the clearance angle of the tangential plane of the rotary cutter is given. These expressions are obviously improved compared with the previous research results.
