冷铣刨机作业时,铣刨鼓和行走系统消耗了大部分的发动机功率,据此提出,在设计冷铣刨机控制系统时,可较少考虑辅助装置的约束,而主要考虑对铣削深度和行走速度进行控制,从而合理有效地分配发动机的输出功率。分析冷铣刨机的自动找平和功率匹配原理,对于控制系统使用单一控制参数(行走速度)的自动功率匹配控制方法进行改进,结合实际工况给出模糊算法+PID控制的方法,并开发出相关的控制系统。实际应用证明,所开发的控制系统具有良好的控制性能和可靠性。
