针对国内风电机组可利用率计算结果与实际偏差较大的缺点,基于IEC61400-26-1标准中的机组运行类别,对主控系统中各状态码进行可利用属性的划分,对故障停机时间采用了基于时间戳法的统计计算,改进可兼顾业主和制造商利益的机组可利用率计算方法,计算结果整体趋势与SCADA报表一致。该方法可通过对低利用率机组状态代码的时间和次数统计,发现机组可利用率低的主要原因,并提出改进意见,进而通过主控程序升级等方式提升机组利用率。结果表明,利用该方法计算,机组可利用率提升22%,与实际结果更加符合。
Aiming at the shortcomings of large calculation and practical deviation of the availability of wind turbines in China, based on the operation types of units in IEC61400-26-1 standard, the available attributes of each status code in the main control system are divided, The statistical calculation based on the time stamping method improves the method for calculating unit availability which takes into account the interests of the owner and the manufacturer. The overall trend of the calculation results is consistent with the SCADA report. This method can find out the main reasons for the low utilization rate of unit by statistic the time and the number of low utilization unit status code, and put forward some suggestions for improvement, and then improve the unit utilization rate by upgrading the control program. The results show that, using this method, unit utilization rate increased by 22%, more in line with the actual results.
