田径是各项体育项目的基础,也是小学生最容易理解和掌握的运动。小学生正处于长身体的阶段,心肺功能与肌肉系统都不完善,不适合大强度的田径训练。当前,小学生田径训练存在过分强调力量训练;不重视心理训练;轻视专项能力训练的问题。笔者认为,在小学生田径训练中应该采取周期性强度适中的训练策略;趣味性训练策略;表象训练策略。
Track and field is the basis of all sports, but also the most easy to understand and master the movement of pupils. Pupils are in long physical stage, heart and lung function and muscle system are not perfect, not suitable for intensive training in track and field. At present, the primary school track and field training has overemphasis strength training; do not pay attention to psychological training; contempt for the training of special ability problems.
