自山西省实施煤炭资源整合政策以来,省内七大煤炭企业通过资源整合并购重组,多以母子公司体系建立了数量庞大的资源整合子公司体系,对于不同体制、不同地域、不同文化下的整合煤矿子公司管理这一难题,本文从煤炭行业管理和公司治理角度出发,剖析整合煤矿子公司管理存在的问题,对加强整合煤矿母子公司管理提出了一些措施建议和具体对策。
