我科自１９８８～１９９８年间共收治食管异物１８２例，其中６０岁以上老年人７２例，占全部病例的３９６％。７２例中，男４６例，女２６例。异物存留时间１小时～４６天不等，平均１６小时。存留部位：食管第一狭窄５４例，第二狭窄１５例，第三狭窄３例。异物种类：动物?
Our department from 1982 to 1998 were treated 182 cases of esophageal foreign body, of which 72 years old over the age of 60, accounting for 39.6% of all cases. 72 cases, 46 males and 26 females. Foreign body retention time ranging from 1 hour to 46 days, an average of 16 hours. Storing sites: the first esophageal stenosis in 54 cases, the second stenosis in 15 cases, the third stenosis in 3 cases. Foreign body types: animal?
