锥齿轮的内孔加工,一般用圆柱推刀在压力机上推孔或在磨床上磨孔。由于节锥对内孔轴线有跳动量的要求,给磨孔的加工带来校正的困难。经实践,试制了磨锥齿轮内孔的夹具,见图1,使用此夹具磨削了千余件产品,全部合格。现介绍如下。 1.圆柱直径d的确定:以锥齿轮大、小端齿槽为参考,选取圆柱直径d(或按齿槽计算,也可近似选取d=2m/3,m为模数)。使圆柱放在齿槽中要高出齿槽。圆柱的长度可选齿长的2/3为宜;再将圆柱的中心钻小孔,热处理HRC58~63;最后精磨外圆。
