水电站的水轮机长期偏离最优工况区运行时,不仅运行效率低,而且转轮空蚀破坏严重,导致机组出力严重不足。本研究应用CFD软件,采取数值模拟的技术手段来找到水电站旧转轮的内部流动的缺陷,有针对性的设计水电站新转轮,进行电站的技术改造,达到节省电站改造成本,缩短电站技改时间,并满足在不改动水轮机其他过流部件的条件下,通过只更换转轮的技术手段来达到水轮机增容防蚀的目的。通过对一电站的技改表明,本研究有效地提高了水电站水轮机的效率和出力,缩短了技改时间,降低了技改成本,取得了显著的经济效益。
When the hydropower station’s hydropower station deviates from the optimal working condition for a long time, it not only runs inefficiently, but also has serious runaway cavitation damage, resulting in a serious shortage of generating units. In this study, CFD software was used to find out the defects of the internal flow of the old runner in hydropower station by adopting the numerical simulation technology. The new runner of the hydropower station was designed in a targeted way to carry out the technological transformation of the power station so as to save the cost of transforming the power station and shorten the technical innovation of the power station Time, and to meet the turbine without changing the flow of other components under the conditions of only by replacing the technical means to achieve the purpose of turbine capacity expansion corrosion. Through the technical transformation of a power station shows that the study effectively improve the efficiency and output of hydropower stations, shorten the technical time, reduce the cost of technical innovation, and achieved significant economic benefits.
