現将国务院关于报送国务院审批处理右派分子案件应注意事項的通知予以轉发,希遵照办理,并作如下通知: 1.凡报国务院审批处理右派分子案件均由本会轉报,并应报送同样材料8份(除上报5份外,省人民委員会、监察厅、人事局各一份)。 2.凡报送本会审批处理右派分子案件时,也应遵照国务院通知規定每案应报送材料各3份。附:国务院的通知 The circular of the State Council on notifying the State Council on the examination and approval of the cases concerning the rightists should be forwarded herewith and they should be handled in accordance with the provisions as follows: 1.
