铸铁孕育技术的应用已逾六十年,至今对孕育的机理仍不很清楚。争议的焦点在于,究竟是孕育提供了石墨形核的异质基底;抑或激发了石墨自身形核。当前大多数人持前一观点。以往的工作对孕育铁水中碳分布的实验研究较欠缺。由于对孕育过程中的碳分布图像了解不够,必然影响了对孕育本质的认识。本文从微观和统计的角度对孕育样品中碳的浓度和活度分布的特点进行了测定,在此基础上探讨了孕育机理。
The application of cast iron inoculation technology has been more than six decades, so far the mechanism of inoculation is still not clear. The focus of the controversy is whether to nurture a heterogeneous substrate that provides graphite nuclei, or whether the graphite self-nucleates. Most people hold the previous point of view. In the past, there was a lack of experimental research on the carbon distribution in hot metal. Due to insufficient understanding of the images of carbon distribution in the breeding process, it is bound to affect the understanding of the nature of pregnancy. In this paper, the characteristics of carbon concentration and activity distribution in inoculated samples were determined from the microscopic and statistical aspects. Based on this, the inoculation mechanism was discussed.
