数字保存的认知差距分析指标包括保存原因、保存重要性、保存威胁、资金保障、保存系统性能、机构库构建。数字保存的实践差距分析指标包括保存策略实施,数字资源收集、处理、存储与访问,数字保存的管理与用户服务。通过整体差距分析发现,目前研究型图书馆的数字保存总体差距处于中等水平,认知差距较小,实践差距较大。通过条件差距分析发现,保存的数字资源规模越大,差距越小;人力资源配置越合理,差距越小;保存系统的未来扩展性越强,差距也越小。基于差距分析,认为缩小差距的方法包括:制定数字保存的质量保证标准,建立数字保存的经济评价方法,合理配备所需员工的数量和技能,构建具有良好扩展性的数字保存系统。
The cognitive indicators of digital preservation include the reasons for preservation, the importance of preservation, the preservation of threats, the protection of funds, the preservation of system performance and the establishment of institutional libraries. The practice of digital preservation gap analysis indicators include the preservation strategy implementation, digital resources collection, processing, storage and access, digital preservation management and user services. Through the analysis of the overall gap, it is found that the current research-based library has a moderate level of overall digital preservation, a small cognitive gap and a large gap in practice. According to the analysis of conditional disparity, the larger the digital resources stored, the smaller the gap is. The more reasonable the human resources allocation is, the smaller the gap is. The stronger the future scalability of the storage system is, the smaller the gap is. Based on the gap analysis, the methods of reducing the gap include establishing quality assurance standards for digital preservation, establishing the economic evaluation method of digital preservation, rationally allocating the number of employees and skills required, and constructing a digital scalable system with good scalability.
