关于燃烧法测硫添加MoO_3的作用理论,是钢铁分析工作者渴望解决的课题。本文就生产中提出的问题,应用热力学和动力学的原理,配合试验,证明了以下几点:(1)它具有特殊的搅拌作用,促进SO_2的生成。(2)它具有发热作用和阻催化作用,防止了SO_2进一步转化为SO_3。(3)它是酸性氧化物,有利于SO_2的释放,它的熔点低(795℃)又能对试样起助熔作用。因此,采用MoO_3作添加剂,对提高测硫准确度将起良好作用。
On the combustion method to measure the role of sulfur added MoO_3 theory, steel analysts are eager to solve the problem. In this paper, the problems raised in the production, the application of principles of thermodynamics and kinetics, with the test, proved the following: (1) It has a special stirring effect, and promote the generation of SO_2. (2) It has the effect of heat generation and resistance catalysis, preventing further conversion of SO 2 to SO 3. (3) It is an acidic oxide, which is favorable for the release of SO 2. Its low melting point (795 ℃) can also help to melt the sample. Therefore, the use of MoO_3 as an additive to improve sulfur accuracy will play a good role.
