目的:研究枇杷叶紫珠茎及叶的化学成分。方法:采用色谱技术进行分离纯化,综合运用紫外光谱、红外光谱、质谱及核磁共振光谱等现代波谱学方法和技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从枇杷叶紫珠中鉴定得到12个化合物,分别为:α-香树脂醇(Ⅰ)、2β,3β,19α-三羟基熊果酸(Ⅱ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅲ)、3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-α-香树脂醇苷(Ⅳ)、熊果酸(Ⅴ)、白桦脂酸(Ⅵ)、2α,3β,23-三羟基齐墩果-12烯-28-酸-O-β-D-葡萄糖酯(Ⅶ)、邻羟基苯甲酸(Ⅷ)、坡模酸(Ⅸ)、2α,3β,19,23-四羟基-12烯-28-乌苏酸(Ⅹ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅺ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅻ)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从枇杷叶紫珠中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ和Ⅹ在紫珠属中为首次报道。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the stems and leaves of loquat leaf. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by chromatographic techniques. The structures of these compounds were identified by using modern spectroscopic methods such as UV, IR, MS and NMR. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were identified from the purple beads of loquat leaves, which were: α-amyrin (Ⅰ), 2β, 3β, 19α-trihydroxy ursolic acid (Ⅱ), oleanolic acid (Ⅲ), 3-O (Ⅳ), ursolic acid (Ⅴ), betulinic acid (Ⅵ), 2α, 3β, 23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28- O-β-D-glucose ester (Ⅶ), o-hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅷ), picolinic acid (Ⅸ), 2α, 3β, 19,23-tetrahydroxy- β-sitosterol (Ⅺ), β-daucosterol (Ⅻ). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from the purple loquat leaf for the first time, of which compounds Ⅱ, Ⅳ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ and Ⅹ were first reported in the genus.
