蓬莱古船博物馆地下工程结构设计使用年限为100年,采用C45 DF70 P10高性能高耐久性混凝土。该工程混凝土施工具有配合比设计难度大、施工控制要求高等特点。因此,从原材料、混凝土配置关键环节、配合比设计三个方面进行配合比试验,并从把握原材料质量、计量、搅拌、振捣与抹面和养护等方面介绍施工控制措施。试验结果表明:掺加粉煤灰、聚丙烯纤维、阻锈剂、高效减水剂和混凝土引气剂,具有很好相融性的混凝土可满足其高性能、高耐久性力学性能的要求。
Penglai Museum of ancient underground vessel structure design life of 100 years, using C45 DF70 P10 high performance and durability of concrete. The project of concrete construction with a mix of design is difficult, construction control requirements of higher characteristics. Therefore, from the key aspects of the raw materials, concrete configuration, mix design three aspects of the mix test, and from the grasp of raw material quality, measurement, mixing, vibrating and wiping surface and conservation aspects of construction control measures. The test results show that concrete with good compatibility can meet the requirements of high performance and high durability mechanical properties with fly ash, polypropylene fiber, rust inhibitor, superplasticizer and concrete air entraining agent.
