档案管理工作是各个事业单位发展过程中必不可少的工作之一,它不仅深深影响着人事部门的重要决策的产生,同时也关系着事业单位的发展与进步,因此我们应当给予其高度重视。然而,值得关注的是,随着计算机技术和网络信息技术的飞速发展,档案的信息量越来越大,并且内容更为复杂、繁琐,这为档案有效管理增加了很大难度,而我国大部分事业单位至今仍采用的是传统的档案管理模式,效率低下,不利于事业单位的发展。因此,新时期下,对事业单位的档案管理模式进行改革已迫在眉睫。本文首先详细分析了目前我国事业单位档案管理工作的发展现状及存在的主要问题和不足,其次针对这些问题提出了几点关于如何改革档案管理模式的方法与途径。仅供参考。
Archives management is one of the indispensable tasks in the development of various institutions. It not only affects deeply the important decision-making of personnel departments, but also the development and progress of institutions. Therefore, we should attach great importance to it . However, it is noteworthy that with the rapid development of computer technology and network information technology, the amount of information in archives is getting larger and larger, and the content is more complicated and cumbersome, which adds a great difficulty to the effective management of archives. However, Some institutions still use the traditional file management mode, inefficient, is not conducive to the development of institutions. Therefore, under the new era, it is imminent to reform the file management mode of public institutions. This article first analyzes in detail the status quo and the main problems and shortcomings of archives management in our country at present, and then puts forward some methods and ways of how to reform the archives management mode according to these problems. for reference only.
