大部分核电工程目前采用,都是EPC工程总承包的建设模式,由承包方来负责核电站的设计建造,还有设备采购安装,以及调试等等工作。期间业主不会参与建设管理。基于现阶段工程特点,部分项目是业主自行组织建设的,未纳入总承包合同包内。好比办公楼,还有培训中心,公寓食堂等等,子项目由业主们自行建设,结果是更好地对标准投资进行管控,有利投资的成本控制。好比四通一平的工程,包括甩项等等工程,都是总承包方进场前,以及退场后建设的项目,这些项目业主直接管理,从而加快整个工程的进度。
