向钢渣中添加不同质量黏土,对钢渣烧结温度、产物性能和物相进行了研究。结果表明:黏土的加入对钢渣的烧结温度、烧结性能和微观结构均有一定影响。每增加10%的黏土,钢渣烧结温度降低20~40℃。当黏土加入量超过20%时,吸水率降低至0.5%以下,同时通过扫面电镜和X射线衍射分析,发现烧结产物中产生了大量的钙铝黄长石晶体结构。
Add different quality clay to the slag, the sintering temperature of steel slag, product properties and phase were studied. The results show that the addition of clay has certain influence on the sintering temperature, sintering properties and microstructure of steel slag. For every additional 10% of the clay, the slag sintering temperature is reduced by 20-40 ° C. When the amount of clay is more than 20%, the water absorption is reduced to less than 0.5%. At the same time, by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis, it is found that a large amount of calcareous yellow feldspar crystal structure is produced in the sintered product.
