目的:观察中药结肠透析的临床疗效。方法:62例慢性肾功能衰竭患者进行中药结肠透析疗法,同时设以中药常规治疗的40例为对照,两组均以4周为1疗程,治疗2疗程评定疗效。结果:治疗组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:提示中药结肠透析是治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的有效方法。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine colonic dialysis. Methods: Sixty-two patients with chronic renal failure underwent traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis. At the same time, 40 cases of traditional Chinese medicine were used as control. Both groups were given 1 course of treatment for 4 weeks. The curative effect was evaluated after 2 courses of treatment. Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: It is suggested that traditional Chinese medicine colonic dialysis is an effective method to treat chronic renal failure.
