关于移植骨膜的骨新生能力已有许多学者进行了基础与临床研究,并获得了良好结果。但关于栘植骨膜的骨新生及细胞动态还有许多不明之处,为此作者应用家兔的胫骨骨膜在左右下颌骨间进行了架桥自体游离移植实验,在移植后1、2、3及8周摘出移植骨膜制做标本,用光镜及电镜进行了观察。结论 1.骨膜内层的钙沉积是以移植骨膜的变性物为核心,而且这些变性也与来源于坏死细胞的基质小泡体有关。
Many scholars have conducted basic and clinical researches on the bone regeneration ability of periosteum and obtained good results. However, there are many ambiguities about bone neovascularization and cell motility in periosteal transplantation. To this end, the author used the tibial periosteum of rabbits to autograft autograft in the left and right mandibles. After transplantation, 1, 2, 3 And 8 weeks after removal of the periosteum explants made specimens, with light and electron microscopy were observed. Conclusion 1. Calcium deposition in the periosteum is based on the degenerated material of the periosteum, and these degeneration is also associated with stromal vesicles derived from necrotic cells.
