在现令社会建筑工程的项目管理中,比较能够引起投资者和各级造价部门关注的一个问题就是如何能够有效可行的进行工程造价管理,并且在保证项目质量的同时尽可能的降低工程的总造价。工程造价管理主要分为两大类:一种是工程投资管理,另一种为工程项目的价格管理。如何能在方案设计完毕,在对项目适当优化的基础上将工程项目造价的成本尽可能的控制在合理的范围,则是对工程项目造价进行有效控制的主要任务。所以在本文中,将对工程造价中实际遇到的问题进行归纳分析,并制定出相应的解决方案,从而提高工程质量,优化工程造价。
