In nasal endoscopic sinus surgery, frontal sinus surgery is considered the most challenging. Research on the anatomy of the frontal sinus surgery has not stopped [1 ~ 4], its core is around the surgical approach. Nasal sinus surgery is the key to accurately determine the amount of frontal sinus frontal drainage position. But the amount of crypt abnormalities or variations in crypt, frontal sinus lesions and frontal sinus tumors, the amount of nasal opening of the frontal ostium, can not completely remove the disease?
