非正式员工在当今这个社会发展中的出现成为必然,这一群体的比例也在不断扩大,发挥的作用也越来越大,然而他们很少受到企业的关注,也没有针对他们的有效的激励方式。本文分析了当前我国国有企业对非正式员工激励的现状及其原因,并提出了国有企业非正式员工的激励方式和途径。
The emergence of informal workers in today’s social development has become inevitable. The proportion of this group is also expanding and playing a more and more important role. However, they are rarely subject to the concern of the enterprises or their effective incentives the way. This paper analyzes the present state and reasons of the motivation of the state-owned enterprises in our country and proposes the ways and means of motivating the informal employees of the state-owned enterprises.
