本文论述了攀钢转炉炼钢的系统优化工作。从车间生产实际出发,运用系统工程方法对转炉炼钢的指标体系及众多的影响因素进行了系统分析与优化,提出了多目标优化的数学模型。并建立了攀钢转炉小渣量炼钢的控制参数—造渣系数,寻求了达到提高炉龄、提高脱硫率、降低渣料消耗、多加废钢的最佳渣料配料规律。两年来生产实践证明,数学优化工作与科学管理、优化操作相结合取得了很好的技术经济效果。
This article discusses the Panzhihua Iron and Steel converter steel system optimization. Starting from the actual production in the workshop, this paper systematically analyzes and optimizes the index system and many influencing factors of BOF steelmaking by using system engineering method, and puts forward the multi-objective optimization mathematical model. And set up the control parameter of Slag Slag Production in Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., which is the control parameter of Slag Slag Production in Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., and sought to find out the best rule of slag composition for increasing the furnace age, increasing the desulfurization rate, reducing the slag consumption and adding more scrap. Production practice over the past two years has proved that the combination of mathematical optimization and scientific management and optimization has achieved good technical and economic results.
