为了解决激光选区熔化成型零件时扫描线过长导致的层内累积残余应力过大、易发生翘曲变形和裂纹等问题,提出了一种分区扫描策略。采用S形正交扫描策略和分区扫描策略分别规划了零件扫描路径,实验验证了分区扫描策略的有效性。实验结果表明,采用分区扫描策略能有效降低边界拉应力,减小平面残余应力波动,提高成型件的力学性能。
In order to solve the problem that the accumulated residual stress in the layer is too large when the scanning line is too long and the warping deformation and the crack are easy to occur when the laser selective melting part is formed, a partition scanning strategy is proposed. S-shaped orthogonal scanning strategy and partitioning scanning strategy are respectively used to plan the scanning path of the part. The validity of the partition scanning strategy is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the partition scanning strategy can effectively reduce the boundary tensile stress, reduce the plane residual stress fluctuations and improve the mechanical properties of the molded part.
