目的 探讨端粒酶活性与肺癌发生发展的关系。方法 采用TRAP -银染法检测 42例外科手术切除的肺癌组织 ,35例癌旁正常组织 ,15例肺良性病变组织的端粒酶活性。结果 肺癌组织端粒酶活性的阳性率为 80 9% ,癌旁正常组织和肺良性病变组织端粒酶活性均为阴性 ;Ⅰ~Ⅱ期肺癌端粒酶活性的阳性率为 86 7% ,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期阳性率为 77 8% ;无淋巴结转移组肺癌端粒酶活性的阳性率为 92 3% ,有淋巴结转移组的阳性率为 75 %。结论 端粒酶活性表达与肺癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移无关 ;端粒酶可能是肺癌早期诊断的一个很好指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between telomerase activity and the development of lung cancer. Methods Telomerase activity in 42 cases of lung cancer tissues, 35 cases of adjacent normal tissues and 15 cases of lung benign lesions were detected by TRAP - silver staining. Results The positive rate of telomerase activity in lung cancer tissues was 80.9%, and the telomerase activity in normal lung tissues and benign lung tissues was negative. The positive rate of telomerase activity in stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ lung cancer was 86.7% The positive rate of ~ Ⅳ was 77.8%. The positive rate of telomerase activity in lung cancer without lymph node metastasis was 92.3%, and the positive rate of telomerase activity in lymph node metastasis was 75%. Conclusion The expression of telomerase activity has nothing to do with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer. Telomerase may be a good indicator for the early diagnosis of lung cancer.
