可控热膨胀材料在高精度光学镜面、光纤系统及微电子器件等许多领域具有重要的应用价值。本研究采用固相合成法制备化合物Sc2-xAlxMo3O12(x=0.0、0.3、0.7、1.0、1.3、1.7和2.0),利用X射线衍射研究了其晶体结构和热膨胀性能。X射线衍射结果显示:当x≤1.3时,化合物具有正交结构(空间群Pnca),其他化合物为单斜结构(空间群P21/a)。高温(25~800℃)X射线衍射结果表明:随着Al含量的增加,正交结构化合物Sc2-xAlxMo3O12平均线膨胀系数αl(αl=αV/3)逐渐
Controllable thermal expansion materials in the high-precision optical mirror, optical fiber systems and microelectronic devices and many other fields has important application value. In this study, the solid-state synthesis of compound Sc2-xAlxMo3O12 (x = 0.0,0.3,0.7,1.0,1.3,1.7 and 2.0), the use of X-ray diffraction study of its crystal structure and thermal expansion properties. X-ray diffraction results show that when x≤1.3, the compounds have orthorhombic structure (space group Pnca) and other compounds are monoclinic structures (space group P21 / a). The results of XRD at high temperature (25 ~ 800 ℃) show that the average linear expansion coefficient α1 (α1 = αV / 3) of the orthorhombic structure compound Sc2-xAlxMo3O12 gradually increases with the increase of Al content
