我们遵照毛主席关于“破除迷信,解放思想”的伟大教导,发扬敢想敢干的革命精神,坚持自力更生,土法上马,大胆利用一座每小时熔化三吨的冲天炉一和座公称容量0.5吨电炉,采用揭西生铁熔铸稀土镁球墨铸铁,浇注了六个9000瓩水轮发电机的上,中、下、机壳。机壳铸件每个重7～8吨,直径4～4.3米,高480～680毫米,壁厚40～50毫米。铸件质量经有关部门鉴定符合要求,从而创造了冲天炉和电炉联合处理球墨铸铁新工艺,(见照片7)。
In accordance with Chairman Mao’s great teachings on “breaking superstition and emancipating the mind”, we should carry forward the revolutionary spirit of daring to think and do. We must persist in our own efforts and use local laws to boldly utilize a cupola with an equivalent capacity of 0.5 tons Electric furnace, using Jie Xi cast iron cast iron rare earth magnesium ductile iron, pouring six 9000 瓩 turbine generator on, in, under, chassis. Each shell castings weighing 7 to 8 tons, diameter 4 to 4.3 meters, 480 to 680 mm high, wall thickness of 40 to 50 mm. Casting quality identified by the relevant departments to meet the requirements, thus creating a cupola and electric furnace joint processing ductile iron new technology, (see photo 7).
