【目的】优选化橘红中肌醇最佳提取工艺。【方法】以乙醇浓度、料液比和提取温度为考察因素,采用高效液相—蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)色谱法测定化橘红中肌醇含量,采用正交试验法优选化橘红中肌醇最优提取工艺。【结果】化橘红中肌醇最佳提取工艺为体积分数70%乙醇、料液比1∶20、提取温度100℃、每次时间45 min、提取2次。【结论】本研究优选得到的提取工艺稳定、提取率高,可用于化橘红中肌醇的提取。
【Objective】 The optimal extraction process of inositol in orange juice was optimized. 【Method】 The concentration of ethanol, the ratio of solid to liquid and the temperature of extraction were taken as the investigation factors. The content of inositol in Radix Angelicae Sinensis was determined by HPLC-ELSD with orthogonal test. Inositol optimal extraction process. 【Result】 The results showed that the optimal extraction process of inositol was as follows: 70% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio 1:20, extraction temperature 100 ℃, extraction time 45 min, extraction 2 times. 【Conclusion】 The extraction process obtained in this study is stable and the extraction rate is high. It can be used for the extraction of inositol in the orange juice.
