角色原为戏剧中的名词,指剧本中的人物,后来社会心理学家借用角色一词,代表一定社会地位的人所期望的行为。教师按照教学规律从事教学活动,按照特定的职业意识、技能和行为形成了教师这一角色。随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入,新课标、新教材、新理念也对化学教师这一角色提出新的要求,化学教师在教学中充当的角色也越来越多元化。那么在新课程理念下化学教师应扮演好哪些角色才能适应教育改革的要求呢?
The role was originally a noun in drama, which refers to the characters in the script. Later, social psychologists borrow the word “role” to represent what people in certain social positions expect. Teachers engaged in teaching activities in accordance with the teaching rules and formed the teacher’s role according to specific occupational awareness, skills and behaviors. With the continuous deepening of the reform of basic education curriculum, new curriculum standards, new teaching materials and new ideas have also put forward new requirements on the role of chemical teachers. The role of chemical teachers in teaching has also become increasingly diversified. So in the new curriculum philosophy chemistry teachers should play a good role in order to adapt to the requirements of education reform?
