据调查,公务员是我国目前职业倦怠指数最高的职业,而职业倦怠就如病毒一样富有传染性,如果长期将这种情绪放任不管,就会出现不同程度的心理问题,影响其职责的履行及政府的效能,因此,对于我国公务员职业倦怠问题的研究具有现实意义。本文立足于职业倦怠相关理论,阐述了我国公务员职业倦怠现状及其危害并提出相应的对策。
