海外电站项目开发成功是项目后续顺利执行的基础。而增加海外电站项目成功开发的关键点在于根据所开发项目的独特性,采用有针对性的开发策略。针对项目开发阶段项目主要风险管理,基于马来西亚IPP电站项目EPC总承包合同的项目议标、合同谈判、合同签署到合同生效过程的实践,以及孟加拉IPP电站项目前期开发,阐述并探索BOT项目开发模式下EPC总承包商应如何实现开发阶段项目风险管理,希望对国内电力企业开拓海外市场起到参考和借鉴作用。
