目的建立用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定右旋糖酐铁中铅、镉、砷、汞、钴、钒、硒、钼8种重金属元素含量的分析方法。方法通过检测波长考察,仪器参数优化,验证基体效应干扰,考察内标物校正干扰,测定8种重金属元素的含量。结果内标法校正基体效应干扰,待测元素回收率由83%~90%提高为94%~100%,方法准确度良好,加标回收率在94.3%~101.5%,方法精密度良好(RSD<3.5%,n=6)。各待测元素线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.22~8.54 ng/m L,定量限为0.68~25.73 ng/m L。结论方法准确度高、灵敏度高、迅速可靠,可用于右旋糖酐铁中8种重金属元素含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish an analytical method for the determination of 8 heavy metal elements in iron dextran by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Methods The wavelengths of eight kinds of heavy metal elements were determined by measuring the wavelength, optimizing the parameters of the instrument, and verifying the interference of the matrix effect. Results The internal standard method was used to correct the matrix effect interference. The recoveries of the tested elements increased from 83% to 90% to 94% to 100%. The accuracy of the method was good, and the recoveries were in the range of 94.3% ~ 101.5%. The precision of the method was good <3.5%, n = 6). The linear relationship between each element was good, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, the detection limit was 0.22 ~ 8.54 ng / m L, the limit of quantification was 0.68 ~ 25.73 ng / m L. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, rapid and reliable and can be used for the determination of 8 heavy metal elements in iron dextran.
