目的探讨社区获得性肺炎与TNF-α-308基因多态性的关联。方法分别在PubMed数据库中采用关键词“TNF”和“pneumonia”进行搜索,在万方数据库、维普数据库和中国期刊全文数据库中采用关键词“TNF”或“肿瘤坏死因子”和“肺炎”进行搜索;此外在HuGE Navigator中也对关键词“TNF”和“pneumonia”进行搜索,搜索截止时间为2011年4月10日;同时,对文章的参考文献也进行了查找;该研究中文献纳入标准:以社区为基础的病例对照研究;研究样本个体之间无血缘关系;研究中包括对TNF-α-308位点基因多态性的研究,两名研究者分别独立完成搜索工作。结果按照搜索策略,一共检索出9篇文献,包括8篇英文文献和1篇中文文献,去除研究中未给出TNF-α-308亚型的6篇,一共有3篇文献纳入到该研究中来,通过对这3篇文献的荟萃分析,结果表明,TNF-α-308基因型,在病例和对照中的分布差异无统计学意义。结论 TNF-α-308位点G/A基因型多态性,可能不是社区获得性肺炎的危险因素。
