针对采用27MnCr6生产P110级石油套管过程中出现的钢管表面微裂纹缺陷,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪、光谱仪等设备对该裂纹的宏观特征、形成原因进行了系统的分析研究,详细阐述了该种缺陷在不同加工过程中的宏观特征和微观形态。分析结果表明,该种缺陷的形成是由于铸坯表面产生的星形裂纹所致。通过采取一些有效的工艺技术措施,铸坯表面的星形裂纹可基本消除,进而消除了钢管表面的微裂纹,为提高产品质量、减少废品数量、降低生产成本起到了重要的指导作用。
Aiming at the defects on the surface of steel pipe in the process of producing P110 oil casing with 27MnCr6, the macroscopical characteristics and formation causes of the crack were systematically analyzed with optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer and spectrometer. The macroscopic characteristics and microscopic morphology of this kind of defects in different processing are expounded. The analysis results show that the formation of this kind of defect is caused by the star-shaped crack produced on the slab surface. By adopting some effective technological measures, the star-shaped cracks on the slab surface can be basically eliminated, and the micro-cracks on the surface of the steel pipe are eliminated, which plays an important guiding role in improving the product quality, reducing the quantity of the scrap and reducing the production cost.
