用—60型电炉熔化铁水,用Re—Mg合金做球化剂处理成球铁,然后在SG_2—8—13保温装置中按铸件凝固条件进行模拟性保温试验。球化铁水在炉中长时间保持,可连续或随时取样,观测石墨形态,分析球铁相应的化学成分变化,研究球铁的抗衰退性能和主要影响因素。在C、E值为4.2~4.4%条件下,用Y—Ce—Mg球化剂,RCB复合孕育剂和一定的处理工艺,可使球铁的抗衰退时间延长至274分以上,球化级别可保持2~3级,球墨数量大于45个/mm~2,为生产厚大断面球铁件提供了试验依据.
