通过对梁家煤矿煤4巷道在地震荷载作用下的FLAC3D数值模拟,揭示煤4巷道在开挖后,采用锚网索喷联合支护体系的支护方案,在地震荷载作用下引起的围岩应力场及位移场演化规律。结果表明:地震荷载对于煤4巷道围岩应力场及位移场影响比较大,相比之下对围岩位移场影响更大,尤其是对底板的影响;提出了把现有支护方案中的喷射普通混凝土,改为喷射橡胶颗粒混凝土,并在底板加入反底拱的支护方案。采用新的支护方案,地震荷载对巷道变形的影响得到了有力控制。
Through the FLAC3D numerical simulation of coal roadway 4 in Liangjia coal mine under the action of seismic load, this paper reveals the supporting plan of coal 4 shotcrete combined with supporting system after the excavation in the roadway of coal 4, and the surrounding rock caused by earthquake load Evolution of stress field and displacement field. The results show that the seismic load has a great influence on the surrounding rock stress and displacement field of coal roadway 4, but has a greater influence on the displacement field of surrounding rock, especially on the floor. Spray ordinary concrete, instead of jet rubber concrete, and in the floor by adding anti-back arch support program. With the new support scheme, the influence of the seismic load on the deformation of the roadway has been effectively controlled.
