本文研究了玫瑰红-~(131)Ⅰ制剂的纸上色层分析,确定了适宜的分析条件。 采用“新华”中速色层纸,或Whatman № 1、№ 2色层纸,以戊醇-浓氨水-水(0.5:2:100)作为溶剂,用上行色层法展开到前沿25厘米,时间约为2—4小时。方法可用于玫瑰红-~(131)I制剂的常规质量控制分析,能同时测定制剂中的游离~(131)I~-和四氯四碘荧光素的含量。 同时观察了样品在色层纸上的脱碘现象,确定样点在色层分离前不能用红外灯烤干,否则会发生脱碘作用,使~(131)I~-含量增加。
In this paper, the chromatographic analysis of the rosebud - 131I preparation was studied, and the suitable analytical conditions were determined. Using “Xinhua” medium-speed color-coated paper, or Whatman № 1, № 2 colored paper with amyl alcohol - concentrated ammonia water - water (0.5: 2: 100) as a solvent, developed by chromatography to the front 25 cm, The time is about 2-4 hours. The method can be used for the routine quality control analysis of Rose Bengal ~ (131) I preparations, and can simultaneously determine the content of free 131I- and tetrachloroiodofluorescein in the preparation. At the same time, we observed the deiodination of the sample on the paper. It was confirmed that the sample could not be dried by infrared light before the chromatographic separation. Otherwise, deiodination would occur and the content of ~ (131) I ~ - increased.
