耗资一个亿的万名骨干教师国家级培训已举办了两期。培训点从第一期的8个扩展到了第二期的27个，共有3556名骨干教师参加了培训。培训的内容分为三个方面：教育理论与教学技能、教育教学实践与考察及课题研究。前两项均在3个月内完成，后者由教师回到学校一年内完成。在第一期培训结束之际，教育部师范司委托上海智力所对一期培训进行了专门的评估。根据评估的结果以及本刊记者了解到的情况，此次空前浩大的国家级培训活动的确震撼了一批骨干教师。他们的思想观念、认知视野和学习、教学方式都受到了强烈的冲击。本刊从教授一言、学员走笔、记者跟踪等三个方面予以特别关注。希望广大教师能从中了解到一些信息，也学到一些东西。
There are two phases of national-level training for 10,000 teachers who have spent 100 million. The number of training points expanded from 8 in the first period to 27 in the second period. A total of 3,556 key teachers participated in the training. The content of the training is divided into three aspects: education theory and teaching skills, education and teaching practices and investigations and research projects. The first two items were all completed within three months, and the latter was completed within one year after the teachers returned to school. At the end of the first phase of training, the Department of Education’s Teacher’s Department commissioned the Shanghai Institute of Intellectual Property to conduct a special assessment of the first phase of training. According to the results of the assessment and the situation learned by the reporters of this journal, the unprecedented national training activities really shocked a group of key teachers. Their ideological concepts, cognitive perspectives, and learning and teaching methods have all been strongly impacted. The journal pays special attention to three aspects: one from a professor, one from a student, the other from a reporter. It is hoped that teachers can learn some information from it and learn something.
