根据日本钢管公司福山厂(Fukyama works,Nippon kokan K.K.(NKK))的资料,主要地叙述了钢铁联合企业中 BOF~*炼钢及钢坯生产过程中的节能实践。在 Fukuyama works,NKK,购入能源总量中,仅有2.8%和2.4%分别用于炼钢及钢坯的生产过程。但是,在炼钢过程中所用的铁水以显热、潜热形式携有总能耗量的12%左右,而在炼钢过程中所有使用的铁合金、附助原料以及耐火材料,所耗的能源量占购入能量总量相当大的比值。现就与此有关的节能措施具体地分述如下。
