研究了碘阻抑过氧化氢氧化萘酚绿褪色和生色反应及动力学条件 ,并应用双波长组合建立了测定碘的新方法。测定线性范围为 0～ 6 .76 8mg·ml- 1,检出限为 0 .0 76mg·ml- 1。方法用于化学试剂中碘含量的测定 ,回收率在 90 %～ 95 %。
The effects of iodine on inhibiting fading and color reaction of hydrogen peroxide naphthol green and kinetic conditions were studied. A new method of determination of iodine was established by using dual wavelength combination. The determination of linear range of 0 ~ 6 .76 8mg · ml-1, the detection limit of 0. 76mg · ml-1. The method was applied to the determination of iodine in chemical reagents with recovery of 90% -95%.
