为探讨可利新(Glypressin)对肝硬化门脉高压患者门脉血流动力学的影响,我们对5只肝前性门脉高压兔(门静脉部分结扎)应用彩色多普勒超声仪测定Glypressin应用前、后门脉高压兔血流动力学的变化。结果是:①用药后可见门脉高压兔的峰值血流速度迅速下降,1 min时由12.2cm/s降至7.2cm/s(Po.05)。结论:Glypressin有明显的降低门脉血流速度的作用,尤其是用药后5min内效果最为显著。30min时门脉血流仍持续性稳定降低,这表明Glypressin通过收缩内脏血管,使门脉血流量降低而达到降门脉压的治疗作用。
To investigate the effect of Glypressin on portal hemodynamics in cirrhotic patients with portal hypertension, we evaluated the effects of Glypressin on five hepatic prehypertensive rabbits (partial portal vein ligation) by color Doppler sonography Changes of Hemodynamics in Rabbits with Portal Hypertension. Conclusion: Glypressin has obvious effect on reducing portal blood flow velocity, especially in 5 min after administration. Portal vein blood flow remained stable and decreased at 30 min, indicating that Glypressin can reduce portal blood flow and reduce portal pressure by contracting visceral blood vessels.
