在确立了组织目标之后,领导者最重要的工作就是团结部署,就是带领最大多数的组织成员朝着目标前进。事实上,目标能否顺利达成与领导者团结部署的情况是密切相关的。团结的部署越多,领导者本身就会越强大,没有追随者的领导者本来就不是真正意义上的领导者。领导者团结部署的效果受到许多因素的影响。例如,明确的、激动人心的愿景使人们愿意投身组织,尤其是当愿景所承诺的未来的实现可能性不断
After establishing the organizational goals, the most important task for the leaders is to unite and deploy, which is to lead the largest number of organizational members toward their goal. In fact, it is closely related to whether the goal can be successfully reached and leaders united in deployment.
