开学前在教学计划里明确这学期教这门课的目的要求,对於以後的教学才能有信心有步骤地顺利前进,不致产生临时迟疑不决,模棱两可,无的放矢的现象. 以往,我们教学计划里的目的要求,有的是空洞无物,写几句口号式的教条;有的是支离破碎,得不到要领;有的(如语文)只重视思想教育方面或常识方面,而把学科本身的要求忽略了.有的竟不顾实际情况,凭空地主观地决定一套。产生这些现象的原因,当然是由於有些教师思想上对制定教学计划的必要性认识不足,缺乏从实际出发的精神,因而在拟订教学计划时犯了经验主义、任务观点和形式主义的毛病。但是怎样提目的要求呢?的确也是教师拟教学计划时最感困难的问题。这里我初步提出怎样提目的要求的几个有关问题,来和大家商榷.

Here, I initially put forward some suggestions on how to mention the relevant issues to discuss with you.
