通过添加不同含量的合金元素Cr制得WC钢结硬质合金,研究Cr含量对WC钢结硬质合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着Cr含量的增多,WC晶粒尺寸越来越小,复式碳化物出现异常长大现象,合金孔隙度降低,合金相对密度逐渐上升,合金硬度不断上升后稳定在70 HRC左右,合金的抗弯强度和冲击性能均先上升后下降,在Cr含量为10%左右时综合力学性能最佳。
The WC steel cemented carbide was prepared by adding Cr with different content of alloying elements to study the effect of Cr content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of WC steel cemented carbide. The results show that with the increase of Cr content, the grain size of WC becomes smaller and smaller, the growth of complex carbides appears abnormally, the porosity of the alloy decreases and the relative density of the alloy gradually increases. The hardness of the alloy stabilizes at about 70 HRC, The flexural strength and impact properties of the alloy firstly increased and then decreased, and the mechanical properties were the best when the Cr content was about 10%.
